Tina Lindsay | Marketing Manager | Photographer | FAA-Certified Drone Pilot
Tina Lindsay’s background in photography and digital marketing began in 1999, several years before her path crossed with Pamela Walters. In late 2004, Pamela sold Tina’s parents’ home in less than a week, and soon afterward Tina began providing internet marketing, real estate photography, and video services for Pamela’s business. It was the beginning of a working relationship that has now spanned more than two decades.
When Tina moved to Kerrville in 2006, she continued providing marketing services for Pamela from a distance. After returning to Tyler in 2012, she joined The Pamela Walters Group full-time as Marketing Manager and Photographer, continuing the work she had already been providing for the company.
Today, Tina is responsible for the visual presentation and marketing support behind the group’s listings. Her work includes professional real estate photography, video, digital marketing, and the creation of materials that help present each property as completely and attractively as possible before it reaches prospective buyers. In 2018, she became an FAA-certified drone pilot, adding professional aerial photography and video to the group’s in-house capabilities.
Years of working closely with experienced real estate agents—and directly with sellers while photographing their homes for market—have given Tina a strong understanding of what sellers and prospective buyers need from effective property marketing. Because buyer behavior, technology, and the way people search for homes continue to evolve, Tina makes ongoing learning an important part of her work. Over the past eight months, she has focused heavily on the growing role of artificial intelligence in real estate marketing. Having a dedicated marketing professional allows the group to continually evaluate changing technologies and apply useful advances as they emerge. Tina combines that knowledge with decades of photography and marketing experience to help ensure each listing is presented clearly, professionally, and with today’s buyer in mind.
One of Tina’s favorite parts of The Pamela Walters Group is the people. She enjoys being part of a happy, productive team—and working with fellow animal lovers is an added bonus.
