Susan Manning | REALTOR® | Transaction Coordinator

Susan Manning brings an unusually strong background in property research, contracts, and documentation to her role as Transaction Coordinator with The Pamela Walters Group. She joined the team in July 2025 and became a licensed Texas real estate agent in April 2026.

Before entering real estate, Susan spent 17 years as a Petroleum Landman, where her work included researching property ownership and title, reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts and leases, resolving title issues, tracking deadlines, and working directly with landowners. That experience translates naturally to the detail-intensive work required to keep a real estate transaction moving smoothly from contract to closing.

Once a seller’s property goes under contract, Susan helps manage the many details that follow. She assists with negotiations, follows up on documents needed for closing, keeps listing information current, coordinates inspection and appraisal matters, monitors deadlines, and helps identify missing paperwork, title concerns, contract questions, and communication gaps before they become larger problems.

Susan has coordinated transactions involving traditional residential sales, luxury homes, waterfront properties, land, and acreage, with the majority of her experience involving single-family homes.

A Tyler resident since 1993, Susan also brings professional experience in the banking, oil and gas, and healthcare industries. Her combination of real estate knowledge, transaction oversight, and decades of experience working with contracts and property-related documentation makes her an important part of the behind-the-scenes support The Pamela Walters Group provides its sellers.
