Julia has called Tyler home since 1981 and has been helping buyers find homes since becoming licensed and joining Pamela Walters in October 2006. Nearly two decades in real estate, combined with more than four decades in Tyler, have given her substantial familiarity with the local market and especially the neighborhoods of South Tyler.

Julia takes a patient, low-pressure approach to working with buyers. She believes her role is to provide clear, factual information, help clients understand the features and potential concerns of the homes they are considering, and give them the time and space they need to make their own decisions. When buyers ask for her opinion, she is happy to share her perspective, but she never believes in pushing someone toward a home before they are ready.

Her longtime interest in homes, decorating, and gardening also gives Julia an experienced eye when viewing a property. She understands that buyers are looking for more than square footage and finishes—they are trying to determine whether a house will truly work for the way they want to live. She helps clients look carefully at both a home's strengths and its potential shortcomings so they can make a more informed choice.
