Carrie Lowery | REALTORĀ® | Listing Agent

Carrie Lowery brings more than a decade of real estate experience, a strong financial background, and an unusually well-rounded understanding of what it takes to successfully move a property from listing to closing. As a Listing Agent with The Pamela Walters Group, she works closely with homeowners throughout Tyler and the surrounding East Texas area, helping them prepare for the market, navigate negotiations, and manage the many details that arise during a sale.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Carrie began her real estate career in 2010 as a Listing Coordinator and Office Administrator with a Tyler brokerage. That early experience gave her a behind-the-scenes understanding of listing preparation, contracts, deadlines, marketing, and the coordination required to keep transactions on track.

Carrie later moved to the Dallas area, where she worked alongside two top-producing agents before becoming a Contract Administrator in Rockwall. She earned her real estate license in 2014 and went on to gain several years of direct sales experience before returning home to Tyler in 2017 to raise her family. She continued building her career with a Tyler brokerage and became a top-producing agent in 2022 before joining The Pamela Walters Group in December 2023.

That varied background is particularly valuable to sellers. Carrie understands not only the listing and contract side of a transaction, but also how buyers evaluate homes and make decisions. She brings that perspective to property presentation, marketing, negotiations, and the countless decisions that can affect a successful sale. Her finance degree adds another dimension to the analytical side of real estate, while her years of hands-on transaction experience help her anticipate issues and keep the process moving forward.

Real estate is also part of Carrie’s family history. Her grandfather spent his career owning a brokerage in Iowa, where he specialized largely in farms and ranches. For Carrie, working in real estate feels very much like carrying on a family tradition.

Known for her outgoing personality, friendly demeanor, and strong work ethic, Carrie believes selling a home does not have to feel overwhelming. She works hard to keep her clients informed, make complicated situations easier to understand, and provide steady guidance from the decision to sell through closing.

Carrie lives in Tyler with her husband, son, and daughter. Away from real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking their dogs, gardening, and just about anything outdoors.
